The sessions would take approximately 30 minutes and you will surely feel a great relief.

The hypnotist would make observations after each session so as to understand and interpret the progress of the patient. You will get to know about the same when the information would be shared by you. children in the age group of 9-12 are easy to hypnotize and get a quick relief. They can be cured after 2-3 sessions of hypnotherapy. Another type of hypnotism that can be done along with hypnotherapy is self hypnotism.
