Aromatherapy is the practice of using essential oils for physical, mental and spiritual healing. It is believed that the mind, body and spirit is one and all must be in harmony with one another. Considerably it is also believed that if they are not in balance, illness and diseases begin to occur in the body. Using these essential oils through Aromatherapy has been proven to be an effective in helping to relieve various health issues. Science is still far from understanding and explaining how aromatherapy works. It has been around for thousand of years and it will still continue to stay.
