Your description of panic attacks are right on. I have them, even though I’m on meds. I also start crying uncontrollably and then start throwing up. It takes me a long time to get over one too. No matter how much one apologizes, hugs, kisses I can’t shake. Time is the only way to get over it and then I’m on edge waiting for something to set it off again.
