What You Think Can Damage Your Health

Now science & research are establishing just how impactful it is. Findings are now showing how important prayer is for someone who is fighting disease. Any self improvement guru will always work on enhancing your capability to think positively in order to manifest what you desire in life.
Religions teach prayer and the power of positive thoughts. Why?
Thoughts are things. What this means is that every thought and thus every sentiment we have causes a real electric and chemical outcome in the body. Negative thinking creates negative reactions—resulting in increased inflammation, acid, break down of tissue & fatigue. Positive thoughts trigger positive reactions—causing release of endorphins, better digestion, regeneration of cells and healing. We think and experience 24 hours a day 7 days a week! That’s quite a workout for the body.
Do you ever stop to think about what type of dialogue you have with yourself every single second of the day? If you’re like the majority of individuals, there are more pessimistic thoughts than positive. How often are you evaluating someone or yourself all through the day? How critical are you of yourself? Most people are their own worst enemies! How often do you feel angry? Frustrated? Worried? Anxious? Fearful? How often do you consider how much you “hate” this or that? Your body does not know the discrepancy between hating something other than yourself–it just experiences the feeling of hate–which reverberates though your body. And nearly all of these thoughts run automatically. Like a silent tape recorder that just keeps looping.
As if this wasn’t sufficient, this tape recorder saves & stores every experience inside your hard drive—your subconscious mind. This is the same subconscious mind that is responsible for CONTROLLING your body! If the body is reacting to many harmful emotional stockpiles, it not only fritters away lots of energy, increases toxicity & chance for disease processes, but also thwarts the body from repairing.
Positive thoughts & attitudes are essential for establishing a more harmonious mind, body & spirit into the future. However, ascertaining & getting rid of your negative “charges” of the past is also imperative for exponential healing. The regular practice of forgiveness is a great way to forgive and release yourself from the past.
Memories can never be “erased” so forgiveness allows us to revisit the same experience with thankfulness & gratitude.

Elect to Learn a Positive lesson from the experience
Forgive the individual/event
Forgive yourself
Be thankful & grateful for the positive lesson and wish the other individual all the best.
